The Executive MBA of AUEB in Spetses for the 27th consecutive year!
The two-day educational trip of the 27th cohort of the Executive MBA (2024–2026) was successfully completed on the beautiful island of Spetses, during July 11–13, 2025.
The program included experiential activities designed to enhance teamwork, effective communication, and leadership skills, offering participants a dynamic environment for personal and professional development.
A special highlight of the program, as every year, was the popular “Percussion Circle,” a unique group expression experience under the direction of Maestro Mr. Simatos. Although most students had no prior musical training, they managed to synchronize like a “well-tuned orchestra,” vividly demonstrating the power of collaboration.
On Saturday afternoon, participants attended a highly relevant lecture by Associate Professor Dimitra Iordanoglou of Panteion University, on the topic: “The organizational values of top companies and their connection with the values of the new generation of employees.” This was followed by a creative discussion and program evaluation with the Director, as well as an exchange of views on expectations for the upcoming academic year.
This excursion once again confirmed the importance of human connection and informal learning in fostering meaningful bonds and academic continuity.
