The MBA is operating under the supervision of the Senate and the Dean of The Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and is being managed by a special Interdisciplinary committee. The MBA program operates with the cooperation of three departments of the AUEB: the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Management Science and Technology and the Department of Marketing and Communication.

The modules run from Monday to Friday, evening hours, so that the executives can attend after their working hours. There are no classes during the official academic breaks (Christmas, Easter, and summer).
